Do I qualify to apply for a rebate?

Qualifying customers must be an SDG&E customer, reside in High Fire Threat Districts 2 or 3, must have experienced at least 1 PSPS shutoff, and must not have already received a rebate. All qualifying customers will be sent an email or letter with an explanation of how to apply for a rebate. If you have not received an emall or letter and would like to verify if you are eligible, you can email us at [email protected]. Note: In order to receive a rebate you must adhere to the terms and conditions listed for each product.

 

Can I get more than one rebate?

Each qualifying household is eligible to receive one fuel generator rebate and one portable power station rebate (unless you have already received a rebate for that product).

 

When will I get my rebate?

You can expect to get your rebate check within 4-6 weeks. If you have not received your rebate after 6 weeks, please send an inquiry to [email protected].
